Acacia Memorial Park (Cemetery)
It’s not unusual to hear crying or wailing at a cemetery. But at Acacia Memorial Park, located in Modesto, CA, cries and moans are often heard when no one else is around. Locals often use the cemetery’s paved road as a shortcut and some driving through have heard the cries inside their vehicles. The cries are often accompanied by a dark, unsettling feeling. The eerie thing about the cries heard in Acacia Cemetery is that they occur both day and night.
Other strange behaviors include shadows ducking behind tombstones and the sound of footsteps when no one else is around. Some have heard distinct voices saying things like, “help me” and “heal my body.”
